Good morning everybody,

Hope you all had a good nights rest. I slept like a log.

The past two evenings I have not been watching TV. I read my book and listened to calming music. It seems to be working. I still have dreams but it is not that hectic. I don’t wake up tired in the morning.

According to the weather forecast we are having a another freezing cold day. A maximum temperature of 14°C is predicted. No rain predicted for today that means it is extra cold… Oh wait I am hearing rain… I just look at two other weather apps and both of them also don’t show any rain for today… Well they can’t be right all the time…

On my To-Do List for today:

• Go to Supermarket
• Edit
• Schedule posts
• Read
• Gaelic Lesson 2 hours
• Prepare dinner
