Good morning friends,

Hope you all had a peaceful nights rest and a great weekend.

My weekend was very quiet. Due to the incident on Friday I was very sore and took it easy. I did some stretching for my back but it doesn’t seem to be working. If it is not better by tomorrow I will go to the doctor.

Today is going to be cooler, according to the weather forecast 24°C and cloudy. I think the garden will say thank you.

Not much going on in the garden at the moment. Only the Cosmos and Korean mint that is flowering.

I woke up this morning with a headache, runny nose and my back is still killing me. I will take it easy today.

On my To-Do List for today.

• Drink cold medicine.
• Do Laundry
• Edit
• Prepare dinner
