Today we were invited to very dear friends of ours to go and make some “Boerewors”.
They wanted to use modern technology but it broke so in the end they had to prepare the meat the old fashion way… This old Meat Chopper belonged to my grandmother and today it was used again to chop up the meat for “boerewors”
I have documented the process and will right a blog in the next few weeks about it….
