Today my oldest turned 22 years old. The day he was born it also rained. Over the last 22 years I can honestly say he only brought me joy. I am blessed with two very good boys who have respect for themselves and others.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a lovely cool and rainy Autumn Day. With a minimum temperature of 15°C, a maximum temperature of 21°C and winds up to 22 km/h.

Hope you are all well. I am really sorry for my inconsistent posting over the past few months. I am getting help and I hope to do better in the future….

Well, I went for my 6 monthly checkups yesterday and a checkup on the leg. When the doctor asked me how I was doing, I burst into tears and it took me about 10 minutes before I could answer him. This was the first time that he saw me crying like that.

My blood pressure was high, Cholesterol was in range and my blood sugar was way too low. I have inflammation in my left and right leg muscles and are on anti inflammatories for the next 3 months. Because I am putting so much stress on my right leg so that the left leg can heal properly it caused inflammation…

About the outburst. Well, the doctor put me on a light anti-depressant for the next 3 months. Also have to find a new psychiatrist, mine is moving away. So, I am on a waiting list for two psychiatrists. One of my tax clients is a life coach and he told me this morning he will send me a few more names of psychiatrists that he normally refers his clients to.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a lovely warm and cloudy Autumn Day. With a minimum temperature of 13°C, a maximum temperature of 30°C and winds up to 19 km/h.

Ooooh 😱 Friday the 13th…. Haha, over the past few years I have proven that on Friday the 13th I usually do some crazy stuff to empower myself…. In 2019 I enrolled in a photography course and today I have a Diploma in Photography as well as a Certificate in Landscape and Travel Photography. What will I be doing today? Well, I still have 14 hours to do it….

I don’t have any plans set out for the weekend, I think I am going to take it easy and maybe pick up my camera and take a photo or two…. Tonight, I am going to make a nice fire in my fireplace and curl up in front of it with a book and a cup or two of Hot Chocolate. Maybe my creative juices will start flowing again…
