Hope you are all well.

It is cold today. I decided that on the menu for tonight is the last of the soup in the freezer. Tomorrow I will be making chicken soup, it is the boys’ favorite as well. It is also an easy and filling dinner for those days when I am not feeling like cooking at all.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a lovely cool and rainy Autumn Day. With a minimum temperature of 10°C, a maximum temperature of 16°C and winds up to 22 km/h.
