Good day friends,
I hope you are all well.
Since Dad’s passing, I have been waking up between 3:00 and 3:15am every morning with heart palpitations and then I can’t fall asleep again. Last night I went to bed around 11:35pm and woke up 5:45am this morning. Feeling great and ready for the day ahead.
As you all know I had a very busy weekend. I only have a few cupboards left to sort out then I am finished. The hardest one will be dad’s clothes…. But like everything in my life I will get through this and come out even stronger on the other end. God knows what I can and cannot handle.
It is a beautiful cool morning outside in the garden.
According to the weather forecast, we are having another lovely cool Autumn Day. With a maximum temperature of 20°C and winds up to 30 km/h.

- Schedule Posts
- Prepare Lunch

💜 Energy is a funny old thing; emotions ARE a Roller Coaster…recently I Have Been Feeling REALLY Moody and unable to put My Finger on why; so I Decided to Ride The Roller Coaster and let My Emotions Run Their Course…things ARE a bit tense with My Mom as I AM Parenting Her through a Tricky Time in Her life; feels kinda weird yet I also have a Sense of Divine Order and EveryThing is as it Should Be…as a Writer My Sleeping Patterns ARE Considered erratic; it’s 3am now and I AM Wide Awake…quite often I will climb in to bed in the middle of The Day and not get out until well in to The Night; sometimes these erratic circadian rhythms bother me but I just remind myself that it’s ALWAYS Night or Day somewhere on This Planet of Ours that some Name Gaia and There’s an Energetic Reason for Me Being ‘AbNormal’ with My Sleeping Patterns
