Good day friends,

I hope you all had a good night’s rest.

It’s weekend! Oh, that does not make any difference to me, except that I don’t need to get up at 5:20am, but at 7:00am. I had a very busy morning so far. I did the Laundry, vacuumed the floors, clean out Spyker and Poplap’s cages. Threw out the trash and picked up the dog poop.

Fed all the pets and made sure they have fresh water. Oeps! I forgot to fill the garden birds’ feeders and top up their water.

Made sure dad drank all his medication, ate his breakfast and are comfortable in his chair in front of the television. I just put on the kettle for tea time.

It was a beautiful cool morning in the garden. It is going to be a scorcher today.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a lovely hot and windy summers day. With a maximum temperature of 32°C and winds up to 36 km/h.
