Good day friends,

Hope everyone had a good night’s rest. If you are only going to bed now or a bit later, wishing you a peaceful night’s rest.

It was a beautiful morning with a slight breeze. It is going to be a warm busy day.

Yesterday I phoned dad because I did not go and see him. I had a very busy day. But after speaking to him I felt so depressed that I could hardly concentrate. He had another blood transfusion during the night and he started coughing again and they put the drip back in. It does not look like he is coming home soon. I am going to visit him after I post this.

Yesterday I made beef soup for dad and this morning I put it in the freezer. Today I am making Chicken soup. I have two different recipes and today I am making the one I love and concocted. Tomorrow I will make the one my mother use to make.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a warm day. With a maximum temperature of 27°C and winds up to 33 km/h.
