Good day friends,

Hope everyone had a good night’s rest. If you are only going to bed now or a bit later, wishing you a peaceful night’s rest.

It was a beautiful cool morning outside with a slight breeze. Hopefully today will be a bit cooler than the past few days.

Yesterday evening my brother and my niece took me to Mugg & Bean for Coffee and Cake. I took a photo of my Capuchino but forgot to take a photo of the Belgium Moose Chocolate Cake 🤦🏻‍♀️. I can tell you it melted in my mouth. The cake was not too sweet and paired perfect with the Capuchino.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a scorcher today. With a maximum temperature of 27°C and winds up to 23 km/h.

Update on Dad

My brother is going to visit dad today. I phoned dad this morning to find out how he is doing. He sounded very good. We have to take him for a hearing aid though. He has trouble hearing and that is very dangerous he only gets bits and pieces of a conversation and then he makes and makes the wrong assumptions.

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes for Dad. We really appreciate it. He is on the mend and it is due to all the healing vibes everyone sends him.
