Good day friends,

Hope everyone had a good nights rest. If you are only going to bed now or a bit later, wishing you a peaceful nights rest.

It is a beautiful morning outside. The sun is shining and it is warm already. I am not feeling to great this morning. I went to bed with a headache last night around 1:00am I woke up feeling nauseous and my head was still pounding. The tablets did not work…. When I woke up this morning I still had the headache and a sore throat. I will not be visiting Dad today.

Snuffels did not go home last night he had a sleep over with Willow….

Update on Dad

Yesterday, I visited dad and he was awake and alert. We talked and he even made a joke. He did cough a lot and the nurse said that the physio helps. His diet has also been changed.

This morning I phoned the hospital to find out how Dad is doing, Johan, his nurse told me that Dad is having a off day. He has a fever and coughed a lot through the night. They did start him on a new antibiotic this morning. They draw blood and is sending him for chest and lung x rays too see what is going on.

I will phone again this afternoon to get the test results and hear what the doctor said.

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes for Dad. We really appreciate it. He is not out of the woods yet but we are getting there.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a beautiful warm Summers day. With a maximum temperature of 26°C and winds up to 28.800 km/h.
