Good Day: 2 January 2022

Good day friends,

Hope everyone had a good nights rest. If you are only going to bed now or a bit later, wishing you a peaceful nights rest.

It is a beautiful morning outside. The sun is shining and I woke up with a Grateful Heart. I am grateful for all that I have. I am grateful that I woke up this morning and could walk to the bathroom. I am grateful that I can brush my own teeth and dress myself.

On my way to visit Dad, I noticed all the people walking and I started feeling guilty for not taking Willow for her walks. I am looking forward to start walking with her again as soon I am better and not getting so tired after a few steps. When I go visit dad I have to sit halfway just to catch my breath then continue to ICU where I sit again before entering. Can’t visit Dad huffing and puffing.

Update on Dad

I am very happy to report that Dad is doing much better. I visited him this morning again but he was sleeping. He had a physio session early this morning. He told his nurse around 9:30am that he is tired and is going to sleep.

The nurse told me that dad had a peaceful night and that they turned down his oxygen this morning. All his test also shows improvement. His color also is improving. The blister on his lip is also smaller.

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes for Dad. We really appreciate it. He is not out of the woods yet but we are getting there.

According to the weather forecast, we are having a beautiful Summers day. With a maximum temperature of 24°C and winds up to 28.800 km/h.
