On our way to Kirkwall we decided to visit the Orkney Fossil & Heritage Centre. We got there to early it was still closed, so we opted for a nice cup of tea at the restaurant. We were the only ones there. Dad loved the little shop there and browsed while we were waiting for our tea. They have a very relaxed atmosphere and I enjoyed watching out of the window at the views. We just finished our tea when a tour bus stopped outside. It seems like a popular stop for tour busses because on our way out another one turned in.

Thank you very much for taking the time to join me on my travels through Scotland one Photo at a time. I hope you enjoyed it just as much as I did.
