Good day friends,
Yesterday was very busy and I am still a bit shaken by yesterday afternoon.
Yesterday morning Dad and I went shopping. The shop was not that busy, but the isles was packed with boxes making it difficult to move and pass other trolleys.
We got home, I unpacked and drank coffee and had a late breakfast.
Then I decided I am going to make myself a new watermark. Please let me know what you think.
Yesterday afternoon on my way to Stellenryk Park for a shoot, I had a very close call. A idiot in a Blue BMW drove behind me, he changed lanes and just as he passed me he cut in front of me and braked. I had to brake real hard on a wet, downhill road at 60 km/h. Just as I was going to hit him he turned off. I was so shaken up I had to pull of the road to calm down, I sat there for 15 minutes. When I got to Stellenryk Park I was still shaking and could hardly put my camera on my tripod. I did not get the photo I had envisioned….
According to the weather forecast, we are having another beautiful, cool and windy Spring day. With a maximum temperature of 22°C and winds up to 32 km/h.
On my To-Do List for today.

I like the new watermark–very smart thinking to have it adapt to light and dark backgrounds. Crazy drivers…kind of a shame that you have to drive defensively because of someone else. Stay safe, Coreen.
Thank you, Lois. I have been struggling with that watermark for a while now. I wanted something simple not too much detail, but still showing that I am a landscape photographer. I am always very awake while driving but this man did not even use his indicators.
Glad you’re okay and were able to avoid an accident. Very scary! I like both of your watermark designs! 🙂
