Good morning friends,

Hope you all had a peaceful nights rest and are ready for this Wonderful Wednesday.

Yesterday we had load shedding and they forgot to turn it back on at 8:30am. They only turned it back on at 11:00. The only downside of having fiber now is when the power goes out we don’t have any internet connection.

I am fine with it, I go outside and work in the garden or clean the house. I don’t need power or the internet to do that. Lian on the other hand needs power and the internet to do his work. Yesterday he had to get out his laptop, luckily it was charged and I borrowed him my phone so that he can use it as hotspot to do his work. The electricity came on just in time, because his laptop battery was on the verge of dying.

Yesterday evening we was supposed to have load shedding from 10:00pm to 12:30am but at 9:24pm everything went dark here in Kraaifontein. Why do they even bother giving us schedules when they just switch it on and off whenever they want to.

Today we have load shedding again at 12:00pm till 2:30pm. I wanted to go to Sonstraaldam this morning with Willow, but decided to rather go during load shedding. I have set my alarm for 1:00pm to pull the car on the driveway.

According to the weather forecast we are having a lovely cloudy day. With a maximum temperature of 24 °C. The wind is also going to pick up later in the day.
