Good morning friends,
How are you on this beautiful cloudy Monday morning? I am feeling real good this morning.
Today is my first day back on the treadmill in more than 7 months. I will have to take it extra slow after Covid because I still do get very tired and lightheaded when I am to active.
After watching all those on location photo shoots of the landscape photographers during my sickbed, and realizing that I will also have to carry my camera bag on my back while hiking to get to the perfect spot, I made the decision to start practicing on the treadmill. What better way to start practicing here in the comfort of my own home. I know it is not the same as outdoors in nature, but this way I can at least start conditioning my body. I had on my hiking shoes as well as my camera bag. I did not “walk” far this morning. Only 1.2km according to the Treadmill calculations. I walked at a slow speed of 4.39km/h. At around 1km I could feel my shoulders and back. My goal for today was to at least walk 1.2 km under 20 minutes. I did that. Tomorrow I will do it again and maybe push for 1.5km.
It is a Grey morning outside and according to the weather forecast we are having a cold Spring day. A maximum temperature of 15°C is predicted. It is a going to be another windy day….

- Hike 1.2km to nowhere🏞️ on treadmill✔
- Start editing pageant photos👸
- Gaelic Lesson🏴
- Continue categorizing Flower photos.🌹🌸🌼🌻
- Prepare Dinner🍲
