Morning Greetings: 12 September 2021

Good morning friends,

Hope everyone is still in good health.

I did not really sleep last night, I was to excited to sleep. Last night Shadow came wondering into our room while miaauing. Willow was lying on the bed and did not even go for Shadow. She just stared at him. After he left the room I gave her a treat for leaving him alone. A bit later I was busy in the bathroom getting ready for bed and Shadow squeezed himself through the small window in the bathroom. He stayed in the bathroom for most of the night. Every time I feel something move on the bed I hope it would be him. This is another big item on my Wishlist that Willow and Shadow get along.

This morning Shadow wondered around the house again. He sat in the passage and miaaued again. Shadow waited in the kitchen and did not run away when Willow came closer. But later he did hiss at Willow and I tried to calm him. For a brief time I patted Shadow on the table and Willow sitting next to me on the ground. We are making progress and it was all initiated by Shadow who looks like he is gained some confidence. For a very long time I could not get the both of them in the same room and if Willow heard Shadow in the kitchen she would charge him. Well that’s it for now on the Willow and Shadow situation.

It is a beautiful wet morning outside and according to the weather forecast we are having a cold and wet Spring day. A maximum temperature of 16°C is predicted.

On my To-Do List for today

  • Take it easy and rest
  • Watch YouTube videos on landscape photography by Thomas Heaton.
  • Gaelic Lesson 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Wishing everyone a wonderful day.

🤗Big Virtual Hug 🤗
