Good morning everybody,

Hope you all had a good nights rest and that you are ready for this beautiful Wednesday.

Yesterday I took dad for his second vaccination, he told the nurse that I am taking care of him and that I have registered but is still waiting on a SMS to get my vaccination. He told her that my sister in law and brother both got theirs and he think it is important that I get mine because I look after him daily. The nurse said she will be back with an answer. After about 15 minutes she called me to the counter and asked for my ID and Medical Aid Card. I got my vaccination and if all goes well I will get my second one around 20 September 2021.

The only side effect I have is the soreness around the injection site. I feel blessed and truly grateful that I got my first vaccination. Ha Ha Ha😂 I am going to the nearest supermarket and I am going to ask to scan me….

According to the weather forecast we are having a lovely day. A maximum temperature of 18°C is predicted.

On my To-Do List for today:

• Take Willow for a drive to and a walk around Sonstraaldam
• Edit
• Gaelic Lesson 2 hours
• Prepare dinner
