Morning Greetings: 2 July 2021

Good morning everybody,

Hope you all had a good nights rest and that you are ready for this beautiful Friday.

I had a very bad night. I think the cause may be the very busy and unorganized day I had yesterday. They came to install the fiber and I ended up moving my computer box and moving around furniture so that the ethernet cable to my computer can reach. They had to cut a cable to fit it through the hole in the wall they made. They could not use the one I was using at the time, because if you cut it you can’t join it together again. Well that was what they told me. So they used another much shorter cable. Now all I have to do is to figure out how I am going to get my printer cable to reach my computer box. At the end of the day I did not do everything on my To-Do list for yesterday.

First when we went to bed I just got comfortable then I remembered that I did not drink my tablets. I got out of bed drank my tablets and got back in to bed. Just got comfortable again when I realized I did not say good night to the boys. I got out of bed again and went to say good night. Got back into bed and then I started thinking of how blessed I was to have a roof over my head, a bed with warm bedding and warm pajamas.

Around 12:16am I heard the cats fight in the kitchen. The white cat is back! Shadow was all puffed up and was hissing like mad. When the white cat saw me he made a run for the spare room window. I went back to bed after calming down Shadow. I listened to a song playing on my phone and fell asleep again.

Just after 2:00am Morné’s phone rang. He declined the call a few times. I then told him to answer it, it could be an emergency. He then answered but no one talked. Then he told them to not call again…. We went back to sleep….

I had a dream about Gaelic. I tried to speak it but I could not say or remember the words… I think it is bothering me that I can not remember some of the words. But like anything one learns from scratch it takes many hours of practicing. I would like to find someone who will be willing to help me with my Gaelic in the future. But for now I am allocating 2 hours a day to learning and practicing it.

Due to lockdown level 4 the school holidays started a week earlier. Nicky is coming for the school holidays today. This will be a blessing in disguise. Nicky and Willow can keep each other busy while I am working. I know both of them will enjoy all the attention. But first I must let Nicky know what Willow is allowed to do and what not.

According to the weather forecast we are having a lovely cool and windy day. A maximum temperature of 18°C with a moderate breeze is predicted. It looks like we are having a cloudy morning but clearing up in the afternoon.

On my To-Do List for today:

  • Meditate 10 minutes
  • Edit
  • Schedule posts
  • Read for 1 Hour
  • Train Willow.
  • Gaelic Lesson 2 hours
  • Prepare dinner

With all my heart, thank you for your ongoing support and taking the time to read my post. I am truly grateful for every view, like, follow, and comment I receive.

May you have a day filled with laughter and love.
