Good morning everybody,

Hope you all had a good nights rest. I slept like a log. Woke up for the first time 6:30am. I feel refreshed and ready for the day.

Willow also came to cuddle this morning.

According to the weather forecast we are having another cold, wet and windy day. A maximum temperature of 15°C is predicted. At this moment it does not look like rain, but we all know that weather can change in minutes…

On my To-Do List for today:

• Meditate 10 minutes
• Edit
• Train Willow.
• Work on Shadow and Willow reintroducing them.
• Gaelic Lesson 30 minutes
• Prepare dinner
