Good morning friends,

Hope you all had a peaceful nights rest.

As you all know dad and I went shopping yesterday. It all went great till a elderly lady pushed me out of the way with her trolley. I was busy getting a box of milk from the stack when it happend as I turned to go put it into the trolley.

Two ilse later she struck again, this time her victim was a preagnant lady. No sorry or excuse me just took us out. She must have had a very bad morning to be so pissed at everyone that came in her way.

I could hardly sleep and drank two pain killers at 2:00am in the night. This morning both my legs feels like needles and pins and my back is aching real bad. I hope that lady has a better day today and I hope the preagnant lady is feeling okay.

Today is going to be a another scorcher. 33 °C. Waiting patiently for cooler days.

On my To-Do List for today:

• Cook beetroot for pickeling.
• Read
• Relax
