I had a short relationship with a boy. I will never forget that birthday. He serenated this song for me. 3 Weeks later I broke things off. He was getting very possessive and got angry when I spend time with my friends…
Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You by George Benson
If I had to live my life without you near me The days would all be empty The nights would seem so long With you I see forever, oh, so clearly I might have been in love before But it never felt this strong Our dreams are young and we both know They’ll take us where we want to go Hold me now, touch me now I don’t want to live without you Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you One thing you can be sure of I’ll never ask for more than your love Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you The world may change my whole life through But nothing’s gonna change my love for you If the road ahead is not so easy Our love will lead the way for us Like a guiding star I’ll be there for you if you should need me You don’t have to change a thing I love you just the way you are So come with me and share the view I’ll help you see forever too Hold me now, touch me now I don’t want to live without you Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you One thing you can be sure of I’ll never ask for more than your love Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you The world may change my whole life through But nothing’s gonna change my love for Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you One thing you can be sure of I’ll never ask for more than your love Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you The world may change my whole life through But nothing’s gonna change my love for Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you One thing you can be sure of I’ll never ask for more than your love Nothing’s gonna change my love for you You oughta know by now how much I love you The world may change my whole life through But nothing’s gonna change my love for Nothing’s gonna change my love for you

“We attract to ourselves what we hold inside. Every circumstance, every person, and every situation that we attract and experience is based on what is inside of us. Could you ask for a more magnificent system than this?
Your life is a reflection of what you hold inside you, and what you hold inside you is always under your control.”

Thank you very much for taking the time to join me in exploring our garden.

Making Love Out of Nothing at All by Air Supply
I know just how to whisper And I know just how to cry I know just where to find the answers And I know just how to lie I know just how to fake it And I know just how to scheme I know just when to face the truth And then I know just when to dream And I know just where to touch you And I know just what to prove I know when to pull you closer And I know when to let you loose And I know the night is fading And I know the time’s gonna fly And I’m never gonna tell you everything I’ve gotta tell you But I know I’ve gotta give it a try And I know the roads to riches And I know the ways to fame I know all the rules and then I know how to break ’em And I always know the name of the game But I don’t know how to leave you And I’ll never let you fall And I don’t know how you do it Making love out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all Making love out of nothing at all Everytime I see you all the rays of the sun are Streaming through the waves in your hair And every star in the sky is taking aim at Your eyes like a spotlight The beating of my heart is a drum, and it’s lost And it’s looking for a rhythm like you You can take the darkness at the pit of the night And turn into a beacon burning endlessly bright I’ve gotta follow it ’cause everything I know Well, it’s nothing ’til I give it to you I can make the runner stumble I can make the final block I can make every tackle at the sound of the whistle I can make all the stadiums rock I can make tonight forever Or I can make it disappear by the dawn I can make you every promise that has ever been made And I can make all your demons be gone But I’m never gonna make it without you Do you really want to see me crawl And I’m never gonna make it like you do Making love out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all Out of nothing at all, out of nothing at all

Over the next few weeks, I am reading, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Some days I will Quote a page or just give you a summary of what I read and how I understand it. I am just an ordinary person, and I find it interesting how different people and cultures see the world. This is not based on any typical religion. I hope you find it as interesting as I did. Please keep an open mind.
Domestication and the Dream of the Planet: Part 10
“During the process of domestication, we form an image of what perfection is in order to try to be good enough. We create an image of how we should be in order to be accepted by everybody. We especially try to please the ones who love us, like Mom and Dad, big brothers and sisters, the priests and the teacher. Trying to be good enough for them, we create an image of perfection, but we don’t fit this image. We create this image, but this image is not real. We are never going to be perfect from this point of view. Never!
Not being perfect, we reject ourselves. And the level of self-rejection depends upon how effective the adult were in breaking our integrity. After domestication it is no longer about being good enough for anybody else. We are not good enough for ourselves because we don’t fit with our own image of perfection. We cannot forgive ourselves for not being perfect.
We know we are not what we believe we are supposed to be and so we feel false, frustrated, and dishonest. We try to hide ourselves, and we pretend to be what we are not. The result is that we feel unauthentic and wear social masks to keep others from noticing this. We are so afraid that somebody else will notice that we are not what we pretend to be. We judge others according to our image of perfection as well, and naturally they fall short of our expectations.”
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
WOW, today this few paragraphs really hit the nail on the head. Sometimes we set the standards so high that we can’t even reach it ourselves. When you are in a new relationship you say and do what you think the other person wants to see and hear. We all do it. Why do we do it? No one wants to be rejected so we dishonor ourselves to please others.
With all my heart, thank you for your continued support.
Have a Blessed day.

The following song is by one of our South African Artists. I just love this song.
Standing on the edge by Kurt Darren
Standing on the edge of my life Trying hard to come back again Standing on the edge of my life With you as my wind And I’ve been trying not to go back in time Trying not to go where I’ve been Cause I’m standing on the edge of my life And you are my wind oh no So come and come and blow me away Come and be the light of my day Girl I wanna ask you to stay Come blow me away Welcome to the best of my world Welcome to the rest of my life Welcome to the best of my world With you as my wife And I’ve been dying just to get in your heart I promise not to tear it apart Cause I’m standing on the edge of my life And you are my wind oh no For so long you were so strong I was so wrong you blew me away Standing on the edge of my life Trying hard to come back again I’m standing on the edge of my life With you as my wind So come and come and blow me away Come and be the light of my day Girl you know I want you to stay Come blow me away oh no Blow me away

Hope you had a good nights rest. I had a good cry before bed and slept through the night.
For a very long time now I have been on an emotional Rollercoaster. This has caused my bloodpresure to go through the roof even though I am on 2 bloodpresure tablets. Time to take my health back.
It is going to be another scorcher today. According to the weather forecast 33°C. They do predict rain this afternoon. Will just have to see if they are right.

Domestication and the Dream of the Planet: Part 9
“All of humanity is searching for truth, justice, and beauty. We are on an eternal search for the truth because we only believe in the lies we have stored in our mind. We are searching for justice because in the belief system we have, there is no justice. We search for beauty because it doesn’t matter how beautiful a person is, we don’t believe that person has beauty. We keep searching and searching, when everything is already within us. There is no truth to find. Wherever we turn our heads, all we see is the truth, but with the agreements and beliefs we have stored in our mind, we have no eyes for this truth.
We don’t see the truth because we are blind. What blinds us are all those false beliefs we have in our mind. We have the need to be right and to make others wrong. We trust what we believe, and our beliefs set us up for suffering. It is as if we live in the middle of a fog that doesn’t let us see any further than our own nose. We live in a fog that is not even real. This fog is a dream, your personal dream of life – what you believe, all the concepts you have about what you are, all the agreements you have made with, others, with yourself, and even with God.
Your whole mind is a fog which the Toltecs called a mitote. Your mind is a dream where a thousand people talk at the same time, and nobody understands each other. This is the condition of the human mind – a big mitote and with that big mitote you cannot see what you really are. In India they call the mitote maya, which means illusion. It is the personality’s notion of “I am. We cannot see who we truly are; we cannot see that we are not free.”
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
Again I agree with the author. All of us are searching for truth, justice and beauty. We all want to be right. When I was a younger and someone told me I was beautiful I did not believe them. I thought they were lying. When you got hurt more than once it is not easy to believe others. Always thinking the worst.
With all my heart, thank you for your continued support.
Have a Blessed day.

As a introvert I can relate. Words don’t come easy. I rather keep everything bottled up….
Words don’t come easy by F.R David
Words don’t come easy to me How can I find a way To make you see I love you Words don’t come easy
Words don’t come easy to me How can I find a way To make you see I love you Words don’t come easy
Well, I’m just a music man, Melody’s so far my best friend But my words are coming out wrong I reveal my heart to you and Hope that you’ll believe it’s true, ’cause
Words don’t come easy to me How can I find a way To make you see I love you Words don’t come easy
This is just a simple song, That I’ve made for you on my own, There’s no hidden meaning, you know that I When I say “I love you, honey” Please, believe, I really do, ’cause
Words don’t come easy to me How can I find a way To make you see I love you Words don’t come easy
It isn’t easy, Words don’t come easy….
Words don’t come easy to me How can I find a way To make you see I love you Words don’t come easy
Don’t come easy to me This is the only way For me to say I love you Words don’t come easy

“If you take any activity, any art, any discipline, any skill – take it and push it as far as it will go, push it beyond where it has ever been before, push it to the wildest edges of edges, then you force it into the realm of magic.” ~ Tom Robbins
“How can it be that a person who is born into total poverty, starts out with nothing, and has very little education goes and become a president or a celebrity, or builds an empire and becomes one of the wealthiest people in the world? And how is it that two people can start out the same career, and yet one person’s career goes from success to ever greater success, while the other person works himself or herself into the ground, with little success, no matter how hard they try? The missing link to success is gratitude, because according to the law of attraction you have to be grateful for what you have to attract success to you. So without gratitude, it’s impossible to have permanent success.
To bring success or increase the good things in your job or work, like opportunities, promotions, money, brilliant ideas, inspirations and appreciation, it is essential to be grateful for your job or work. The more gratitude you have, the more you will have to be grateful for! And you should be getting the idea by now that to increase anything in your life, you have to be grateful for what you already have.
When you are grateful for your job, you will automatically give more to your work, and when you give more to your work, you will increase the money and success that is returned to you. If you are not grateful for your job, you will automatically give less. When you give less you decrease what comes back to you, and as a result, you will never be happy in your work, you will never give more than you have to, and your job or work will stagnate and eventually deteriorate, which could mean losing your job. Remember, for those who do not have gratitude, even what they have will be taken from them.”
The Magic by Rhonda Byrne
Even if you are not in your ideal work environment or you don’t have your dream job yet you must always be grateful. I know and I talk out of experience. When you are not grateful and only have negative thoughts and feelings it only gets worst. As soon as you realize how blessed you are to have a job, colleagues and equipment to do your job, you will start see the things changes around you. You will become happier.
This week while at work imagine you have a invisible Gratitude manager following you around. You must try to find as many things big or small that you are grateful for in your work. Your invisible manager will write down all the things you are grateful for as soon as you say. “I am so grateful for what”
Daily gratitude routine.
When you wake up to a new day, before doing a single thing say, Thank You.
Say, Thank you for the magical day I am going to have.
From the moment you put your feet on the ground until you finished your morning routine, say the magic words, Thank You, in your mind for everything you touch and use.
Go through my plans for the day in my mind and say, Thank you in advance for it going smoothly.
Say, Thank you for the great news coming to me today!
Count your blessings: Make a list of 10 blessings. Write why you’re grateful for each blessing. Reread your list and say “Thank you, thank you, thank you” Feeling gratitude for each blessing.
Identify 2 relationships and write 5 things you are grateful for in the person. It can be a family member, a friend, a colleague even a pet. During the day say “Thank you, name.”
Say thank your for your different body parts, organs and your senses. Be grateful for each of them.
Four times a day read the words on the card slowly and be grateful for your health. (THE GIFT OF HEALTH IS KEEPING ME ALIVE.)
Four times or more a day look at your Magic Bill and be grateful for the abundance of money you have been given in your life. (THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY I’VE BEEN GIVEN THROUGHOUT MY LIFE.)
While at work, look for things to be grateful for. Say to yourself. ‘I am so grateful for ……….’
Try to go through the day without saying or thinking anything negative. If you think negative thoughts stop immediately and say but I am really grateful for…..
Say, Thank you and be grateful every time you eat of drink something.
When someone perform a service that benefits you, look them in the face and say, Thank you.
For 90 seconds, say Thank you every time you take a step.
Practice my heart magic.
Take 5 deep breaths during the day and say, Thank you for the magical air that I breathe.
Before going to bed, take your magic rock/gratitude rock in your hand and think about all the things to be grateful for that happened the day and say, Thank you.
With all my heart, thank you for your continued support.
Have a Blessed day.

Another one of Michael Jackson’s songs. Read the words carefully. If you want change in your life. You must change that person in the mirror first.
Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson
I’m gonna make a change For once in my life It’s gonna feel real good Gonna make a difference Gonna make it right As I, turn up the collar on My favorite winter coat This wind is blowing my mind I see the kids in the streets With not enough to eat Who am I to be blind? Pretending not to see their needs A summer disregard, a broken bottle top And a one man soul They follow each other on the wind ya’ know ‘Cause they got nowhere to go That’s why I want you to know I’m starting with the man in the mirror I’m asking him to change his ways And no message could have been any clearer If you want to make the world a better place Take a look at yourself, and then make a change Na-na-na, na-na-na Na-na, na-na I’ve been a victim of a selfish kind of love It’s time that I realize That there are some with no home, not a nickel to loan Could it be really me, pretending that they’re not alone? A willow deeply scarred, somebody’s broken heart And a washed-out dream They follow the pattern of the wind ya’ see ‘Cause they got no place to be That’s why I’m starting with me I’m starting with the man in the mirror I’m asking him to change his ways And no message could have been any clearer If you want to make the world a better place Take a look at yourself, and then make a change I’m starting with the man in the mirror I’m asking him to change his ways And no message could’ve been any clearer If you want to make the world a better place Take a look at yourself and then make that Change! I’m starting with the man in the mirror (Oh yeah!) I’m asking him to change his ways (Better change!) No message could’ve been any clearer If you want to make the world a better place Take a look at yourself and then make the change You gotta get it right, while you got the time You can’t close your, your mind! That man, that man (With the man in the mirror) That man, that man (Oh, yeah!) That man, that man (I’m asking him to change his ways) That man (Better change!) No message could have been any clearer If you want to make the world a better place Take a look at yourself and then make the change Na-na-na, na-na-na Na-na, na-na Gonna feel real good Na-na-na, na-na-na Na-na, na-na I’m gonna make a change It’s gonna feel real good! Chime on! (Change) Just lift yourself You know You’ve got to stop it Yourself! I’ve got to make that change, today! Hoo! (Man in the mirror) You got to You got to not let yourself Brother Hoo! You know, I’ve got to get That man, that man (Man in the mirror) You’ve got to move! Chime on! Chime on! You got to Stand up! Stand up! Stand up! (Yeah! Make that change) Stand up and lift yourself, now! (Man in the mirror) You know it! You know it! You know it! You know it! Make that change

I think the Universe is trying to tell me something. Songs about nature and change keep popping up in my head. Here is yet another song by Michael Jackson about nature. Yesterday it was Heal the world…
Earth Song by Michael Jackson
What about sunrise? What about rain? What about all the things That you said we were to gain? What about killing fields? Is there a time? What about all the things That you said was yours and mine? Did you ever stop to notice All the blood we’ve shed before? Did you ever stop to notice This crying Earth, these weeping shores? Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh What have we done to the world? Look what we’ve done What about all the peace That you pledge your only son? What about flowering fields? Is there a time? What about all the dreams That you said was yours and mine? Did you ever stop to notice All the children dead from war? Did you ever stop to notice This crying Earth, these weeping shores? Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh I used to dream I used to glance beyond the stars Now I don’t know where we are Although I know we’ve drifted far Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Hey, what about yesterday? (What about us?) What about the seas? (What about us?) The heavens are falling down (What about us?) I can’t even breathe (What about us?) What about apathy? (What about us?) I need you (What about us?) What about nature’s worth? (Ooh) It’s our planet’s womb (What about us?) What about animals? (What about it?) We’ve turned kingdoms to dust (What about us?) What about elephants? (What about us?) Have we lost their trust (What about us?) What about crying whales? (What about us?) We’re ravaging the seas (What about us?) What about forest trails? (Ooh) Burnt despite our pleas (What about us?) What about the holy land? (What about it?) Torn apart by creed (What about us?) What about the common man? (What about us?) Can’t we set him free (What about us?) What about children dying? (What about us?) Can’t you hear them cry? (What about us?) Where did we go wrong? (Ooh) Someone tell me why (What about us?) What about baby boy? (What about it?) What about the days? (What about us?) What about all their joy? (What about us?) What about the man? (What about us?) What about the crying man? (What about us?) What about Abraham? (What about us?) What about death again? (Ooh) Do we give a damn? Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
