Good morning everyone.

Hope you had a good nights rest. I had a good cry before bed and slept through the night.

For a very long time now I have been on an emotional Rollercoaster. This has caused my bloodpresure to go through the roof even though I am on 2 bloodpresure tablets. Time to take my health back.

It is going to be another scorcher today. According to the weather forecast 33°C. They do predict rain this afternoon. Will just have to see if they are right.

On my To-Do List for today.

• Edit Sunday’s shoot
• Edit Grand Tour of Scotland 2019
• Prepare dinner.
• Read before bedtime.
