Today I am posting from my bed. We have loadshedding from 6:00am to 8:30am. It is dark on the house so I can sleep in today. Thank You Eskom.

I will not be walking on the treadmill today. I woke up at 4:00am with a fever and I am not feeling to great. Will rather take it easy and drink my cold medicine to get better. To get a cold this time of the year is not uncommon for me. Neither is Laryngitis, every hear around March/April I get it.

Today is going to be a beautiful day. 27°C and cloudy and windy.

• Work on my assignment.
• Take it easy
• Read
