Good morning everyone,
Today I am posting from my treadmill.
Went to the doctor yesterday. He is not happy with the blood tests. Bloodpresure came down a bit but I am still a walking time bomb. My kidney function is also a problem. The last kidney infection left its mark.
Doctor suggested that I start exercising again and loose at least 18kg.
After my divorce I lost 21kg. My bloodpresure, cholesterol and sugar was all great and I went off the medication. For the firts time after the boys was born I felt healthy and full of energy. I excerised every day and was very careful what I ate.
Since MornΓ¨ and I are together I have gained 14kg over the 4 years. I did this to myself. I can’t blame anyone but myself for letting myself go. I am getting back into my routine including my exercise in the mornings.
But I am grateful to be alive. I am grateful for another day.
I went outside this morning to take out the trash. It is overcast and cool. It is not going to stay like this though. 28Β°C and wind later.

On my To-Do List for today.
- Exercise for 1 hour
- Edit
- Write posts
- Make dinner.
- Pack away laundry.

An hour a day can be a long time, Coreen. Don’t be too hard on yourself in your quest to get better. Slow and steady…. Take care.
