Good morning everyone,

The first day of Autumn has arrived. Today is going to be another scorcher. 33°C and wind. They say we might have some rain tonight. That would be just wonderful.

I am taking it easy this morning before my checkup at the doctor. Last time he was very concerned about my blood pressure. I hate medication but I have been drinking it every day since he prescribed it.

On my To-Do List for today:

• Doctors appointment
• Do weekly groceries
• Fill up car, fuel prices are going up again.
• Laundry
• Edit.
• Dinner.

I have a full day ahead.
