Hope you had a peaceful nights rest.

It’s a busy day in the Kuhn household. Started with the fillings for Chicken, chicken and mushroom, spinach and feta pies. Later I will start on the dough for the pies.

It is a beautiful day outside. But today I am kitchen bound. According to the weather forecast it is going to be 23°C with moderate wind.

Just finished the Spinach and Fetta filling. Taste divine…

Well I have to go now. Next up is the chicken pie filling. Just cooked the chicken. Now I must debone and prepare the pie fillings.
