It is Friday 😲already. The older one get, the faster the days go by.

It is getting chilly in the evenings. Autumn is approaching fast. Looking forward to winter and sitting by the fireplace reading…

Enough dreaming, back to today. It is a lovely cool morning. The weather forecast says it is going to be hot today. 27°C and windy most of the day.

Today’s To-Do List.

• Read
• Prepare dinner

As you can see I have not much planned. Tomorrow is going to be busy. We are going to make homemade pies from scratch. Spinach, Fetta and bacon pie; Chicken and mushroom pie and smoked pork pie. We are making our own dough and also smoking the pork. All that is not made from scratch is the ingredients….
