Good morning friends,
What a beautiful morning here in my garden in South Africa. The birds are singing and the flowers are blooming.
I had a good nights rest and is ready for today.
Today I start with 28 days of gratitude. I started reading the book Magic by Rhonda Byrne and in it it has a program to help you making gratitude a habit. Although I am grateful for all that I have, I still get negative and that just cancel out the gratitude I feel. So I am positive that after the 28 days I will be able to keep the negative thoughts to a minimum. I know it is going to be challenging but I am blessed to have good friends and a supportive family.
I will share my journey with you and feel free to join me if you want to.
For 28 days I have a task for each day. Day 1: List 10 things you are grateful for and why. For the next 27 days each morning I must list another 10 things I am grateful for. This is not a problem because I have so much to be grateful for I don’t think 28 days is going to be enough time to list it all. Every second of every day is a gift to be grateful for.

Today is going to be another very hot day according to the weather forecast on the radio this morning. A whopping 38 °C. That is why I am spending as much time possible outside before heading indoors.
